Student Leadership at Kalladi English Medium School

At Kalladi English Medium School, we believe that nurturing leadership skills from an early age helps students become responsible, confident, and proactive individuals. Our Student Leadership Program is designed to empower students with the qualities and skills needed to lead and inspire others.

1️⃣ Leadership Roles

We offer various leadership roles that give students the opportunity to develop responsibility and accountability, such as:

Class Monitors and Head Boys/Head Girls
Sports Captains and Cultural Coordinators
Event Organizers for school activities and competitions
Prefects who assist in maintaining discipline and order in school

2️⃣ Leadership Development Activities

Our leadership program includes activities and experiences that help students cultivate essential leadership skills:

Group discussions and debates to develop communication and public speaking skills.

We have an active Student Council that represents the voice of the students. Members of the council are elected by their peers and work on:
